Our company has been making air conditioning installations of all kinds for any home for many years. From the simplest installation of an individual wall-mounted Split device to the most advanced variable refrigerant flow systems. We will visit you and give you free advice so you can choose which installation is best for your home.

We're not just talking about energy savings...

Today the technologies like airtherm, they allow the same air conditioning system to be used for heating and hot water for the shower. For example, the residual heat from the air conditioning devices can be used for free to heat the water you need at home. With this you will not only save energy, but in many cases we can replace the gas boiler and even the radiators.

Don't worry

If you need other industrials to complete our installation, in our house we can solve you by contacting them and complete the final finish you want for your house. Construction of false ceilings, pallets, electricians, plumbers or painters are some of our regular colleagues.

WALL SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

It is most suitable for rooms whose surface area does not exceed 60m2 and whose height is less than 3m. It consists of two parts, the inner unit, which is the evaporator and is placed in the area that is desired to be air-conditioned, and the outdoor unit which is the condenser and which is installed outside your house.

The simplicity and speed of installation make it one of the best sellers because it does not create any problems even if you are living there. Our specialized staff will do the installation for you quickly, clean and without any other worries that you open the door for them!

MULTI-SPLIT SYSTEMS

When you have to air condition several zones independently and you don't have much space, this is one of the solutions that can be used. In addition, it allows to reduce the total installed power depending on the simultaneity and use of each zone.

For example, if you're in the dining room or the kitchen, you certainly don't need to be air conditioning the rooms at the same time. There are many types of indoor units, of wall, ceiling, cassettes, of land, of ducts, of all colors; we will surely find the one you like!

DUCT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

In the same way as with multi-splits but when it can be considered that an entire home can be air-conditioned with a single ideal temperature. We ourselves will design the duct network and the diffusion elements that best suit your home.

INTEGRATED QUALITY AND OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION POLICY

GUARANTEES

José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. guarantees for two years the replacement of defective material, except residential equipment for private use, which will have a three-year guarantee period, by virtue of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November 21.

The warranty for the installation carried out by José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. it will be for one year and, for repairs, of 3 mesos.

In all cases it will be necessary that the conditions of use are normal and appropriate and that the installation of the product has been carried out in accordance with current regulations, by properly qualified personnel and following the instructions indicated in the installation manual.

José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. disclaims all responsibility for damage or harm caused to people or property caused by the malfunctioning of the equipment.

Damages caused by:

  • Improper handling of the product or for having forced its operation.

  • installation, manipulation, maintenance or repair of the product by an unauthorized technician.

  • Use of non-original spare parts of the brand or modification of the product without authorization from the manufacturer.

  • Failure to comply with the manufacturer's installation instructions, us, product review and maintenance, when this breach has caused the defect.

  • Inadequate and/or insufficient water flow (in the case of equipment that needs water for its operation) and/or poor quality thereof, as well as any damage caused by objects dragged by the flow of water that could cause obstruction, restriction, bad circuit transmission, corrosion or abrasion of any of the equipment components, causing damage or malfunction in any of the unit's elements, directly or indirectly.

Also, are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty, not to be part of it:

  • The replenishment of consumable materials derived from the operation as, for example and without limitation, compressor oil, refrigerant gas, oli filters, etc.

  • The extraordinary expenses caused by the difficult access to the unit (scaffolding, cranes, false ceilings, assembly and disassembly of these elements, permissions, preventive resources, etc.), it being the exclusive responsibility of the owner of the installation to guarantee safe and sufficient access to the installed unit.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

The customers of José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. they can choose, according to your convenience, any of the following forms as a payment method for your orders:

(i) PREPAYMENT

Once the order is placed and the total amount to be paid is known, this will be paid in cash or by transfer in one of the accounts that will be provided to the customer.

Once the entry is made, the customer will have to send the bank receipt of the transfer to José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L.. Upon receipt of the amount in our bank account, the order will be definitively accepted.

(ii) TRANSFER, BANK REBUTT or PAY

In order to be able to choose this option it is necessary that beforehand José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. have authorized the credit, either directly or through a third party.

This authorization requires a cumulative annual volume of operations greater than 3.000 euros from the date of the application.

Receipts will be direct debited according to what has been agreed with the Customer. José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. reserves the right to accept or deny any request for funding reasons.

(iii) OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT

If you wish to propose another form of payment, you will need to contact us to expose it and so that it can be studied by José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L.
