José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. guarantees for two years the replacement of defective material, except residential equipment for private use, which will have a three-year guarantee period, by virtue of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November 21.
The warranty for the installation carried out by José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. it will be for one year and, for repairs, of 3 mesos.
In all cases it will be necessary that the conditions of use are normal and appropriate and that the installation of the product has been carried out in accordance with current regulations, by properly qualified personnel and following the instructions indicated in the installation manual.
José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. disclaims all responsibility for damage or harm caused to people or property caused by the malfunctioning of the equipment.
Damages caused by:
Improper handling of the product or for having forced its operation.
installation, manipulation, maintenance or repair of the product by an unauthorized technician.
Use of non-original spare parts of the brand or modification of the product without authorization from the manufacturer.
Failure to comply with the manufacturer's installation instructions, us, product review and maintenance, when this breach has caused the defect.
Inadequate and/or insufficient water flow (in the case of equipment that needs water for its operation) and/or poor quality thereof, as well as any damage caused by objects dragged by the flow of water that could cause obstruction, restriction, bad circuit transmission, corrosion or abrasion of any of the equipment components, causing damage or malfunction in any of the unit's elements, directly or indirectly.
Also, are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty, not to be part of it:
The replenishment of consumable materials derived from the operation as, for example and without limitation, compressor oil, refrigerant gas, oli filters, etc.
The extraordinary expenses caused by the difficult access to the unit (scaffolding, cranes, false ceilings, assembly and disassembly of these elements, permissions, preventive resources, etc.), it being the exclusive responsibility of the owner of the installation to guarantee safe and sufficient access to the installed unit.
The customers of José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. they can choose, according to your convenience, any of the following forms as a payment method for your orders:
Once the order is placed and the total amount to be paid is known, this will be paid in cash or by transfer in one of the accounts that will be provided to the customer.
Once the entry is made, the customer will have to send the bank receipt of the transfer to José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L.. Upon receipt of the amount in our bank account, the order will be definitively accepted.
In order to be able to choose this option it is necessary that beforehand José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. have authorized the credit, either directly or through a third party.
This authorization requires a cumulative annual volume of operations greater than 3.000 euros from the date of the application.
Receipts will be direct debited according to what has been agreed with the Customer. José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L. reserves the right to accept or deny any request for funding reasons.
If you wish to propose another form of payment, you will need to contact us to expose it and so that it can be studied by José Pintaluba y Cía., S.L.
